Ungoverned, citizen building becomes shadow IT. Over-governed, it collapses back into the queue it was meant to remove. We work with IT, security and data governance to put the right control at the right tier, delivered self-serve.
Tiers matched to risk
A personal helper and an agent touching customer data are not the same thing. Each tier gets its own controls, agreed once rather than negotiated build by build.
Safety in the platform
Defaults, guardrails and request flows carry the policy, so builders do not have to interpret a document correctly to stay safe.
Visibility for IT and security
Every agent has an accountable owner, known access and a record of what it does. Nothing runs that nobody can see.
