Fractional Delivery Leadership

A seasoned right hand, a couple of days a week

Someone who has led delivery before, sitting beside you: shaping how teams are organised around your objectives, helping you navigate the organisation, and staying accountable for value actually landing.

What the support looks like

Guidance where the decisions are actually made

Someone to think out loud with

A trusted second opinion who has made these calls before, has no internal agenda, and will disagree with you privately rather than nod along publicly.

Teams organised around objectives

We look at how your teams are shaped, what each one owns, and where the seams sit, then align them to the outcomes you are accountable for.

Navigating the organisation

Most delivery problems are not technical. We help you read the politics, build the coalition, and get the decision you need from the people who can make it.

A delivery story your board follows

Help turning what your teams are doing into something a board or an exec understands, and can fund with confidence.

Growing the leaders you have

Time with your managers as well as with you. The point is that they can hold this themselves when the engagement winds down.

Not sure you need a full hire?

That is usually the moment fractional makes sense. We can be honest about when it does not.

When it fits

Four situations we are often called into

Usually two days a week, sometimes one, occasionally more for a stretch. The commitment flexes with what is in front of you.

Growing past what worked

The team has outgrown informal coordination and you need structure that will not slow it down.

New in the seat

You have inherited delivery and want a seasoned pair of eyes for the first few months, not a permanent crutch.

A gap to cover

A leader has moved on and the hire will take months. Someone credible holds the line and hands over cleanly.

A bet that has to land

One initiative matters more than the rest, and you want experienced hands close to it without reorganising everything.

How the first few months go

  1. Month 1

    Learn the ground

Time with you, your managers and your teams. We come back with a straight read on what is working, what is in the way, and the two or three things worth changing first.

  2. Months 2–4

    Shape and steady

We reorganise teams around the objectives, put the delivery rhythms in, and work alongside you in the real meetings where the decisions get made.

  3. Ongoing

    Step back by design

The days come down as your own people take it on. Plenty of clients keep a day a month for the conversations that are useful to have with someone outside.

Talk it through with someone who has done it

Half an hour on what you are carrying. If a fractional right hand is not what you need, we will say so and point you at what is.
